You will receive a communication pack around 4/6 weeks before the Wedding Day to list all the details of names of Parents, Bridesmaids, Best Man, etc., Wedding Breakfast formalities, and times agreed with the venue. When you return it, Barry will put your mind at ease and talk you through linking everything beautifully together from the moment you arrive until the end of the Wedding Breakfast.
Advice and assistance with speeches if needed, with a copy of ‘Barry Balmayne's Wedding Speech Guide'.
Full, detailed liaison with the Reception Venue Co-ordinators, Caterers and/or Banqueting Manager or Head Waiter.
If a Church Wedding, Receiving and looking after Guests as they arrive at the Reception Venue.
If a Church Wedding, Receiving the Bride and Groom on arrival at the Reception Venue.
(If a Civil Wedding Receiving the Bridge and Groom and all Guests as they come out of the Marriage Room, after the Ceremony).
Assisting the Photographer in assembling Bridal Party and Guests as required.
Organizing the Bridal Party Receiving Line prior to the Wedding Breakfast.
Announcing to the Guests that the Bridal Party is waiting to meet them all.
Seating of Guests and Top Table Guests.
Announcing Parents of the Bride and Parents of the Groom to the Top Table.
Announcing the Bride and Groom and escorting them to the Top Table
Announcing ‘Grace’ (Barry can say Grace if you wish - standard or humorous).
Arranging and Announcing ‘The Cutting of the Cake’.
Announcing the Speeches and assisting with Gifts and Presentations.
